“I really had a special experience at the peaceful and beautiful Vedic Arogya Ashram. The people treat you like your own family, I always felt welcome and at home. I think the program is really unique and effective, I’ve seen peoples lives change from staying there. The ashram is both spiritual and health focused, offering medicine, treatments, massage, reiki and yoga and meditation. By staying for a while, they can help you make the changes in you life, that you really want, for the mind, body and spirit. I stayed in the very beginning, now these days there are more facilities and very interesting programs running. Its well away from the busy Thamel tourist scene, in the fresh mountain air and water.
