It’s believed the Almighty Life Creator lives on hills of the greatest mountain of the Earth. Also many mountaineers pray to protect their expedition with good luck before setting out on their trek. There is a good tradition to pray with the following words: ”OM MANE PADHME HUM” before taking a first step on these hills. Combined with this history, Everest base camp trek is an extraordinary journey that takes you close to this divine life and culture. It attracts 2000 adventurers every year.
At the beginning, you will have an opportunity to explore unique culture of UNESCO world heritage site in Kathmandu Discovering durbar squaer and antique history with colorful culture. In continue, there is a flight over mighty Himalaya to Lukla(2827m). We hike to the Sherpa settlement of Namche Bazaar (3440 meters), an unofficial capital of the Sherpas Further exploring Phakding and Manjo following the Dudh Koshi valley. Acclimatization and exploration day at Namche allows you to hike toward Everest view hotel and National park museum. The Everest base camp trekking become more rugged above the tree line on the Khumbu glacier moraines and Gorak Shep, the last settlement before the base camp. Hiking to the landmark destination of the Mount Everest base camp and Kalapathar peak (5545m) the highest elevation of this trek can be challenging but very rewarding for the sense of achievement. We trek different way down to Lukla via the Pheriche and flew back to Kathmandu. The thrill of being so close to the tallest mountain on planet, breathtaking scenery of drizzling snow-capped peaks, miraculous Khumbu glaciers, fascinating Sherpa settlement and culture, ancient ornate monasteries and friendly ever-smiling people will give you unforgettable moments for a whole life.
Outline Itinerary:
- Day 01 Katmandu (1310m/4298ft). Our airport representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight at hotel
- Day 02 An early morning to Lukla from Kathmandu and trek to Phakding. (2610mtrs/8563ft). Flight 30 minutes and walking 3 hours. O/N at guest house,
- Day 03 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft). Walking 5.5hours. Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day-04 Acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar. (explore Everest view Hotel, Sherpa cultural village, Hillary foundation school etc…) Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day 05 Trek to Tengboche (3860m/12664ft). Walking 5 hours. Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day 06 Trek to Dingboche (4410m/14468ft). Walking 5.5 hours. Overnight stay in Lodge

- Day 08 Trek to Lobuje (4910m/16108ft). Walking 5.5 hours. Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day 09 Trek to Everest Base Camp (5363m/17595ft) and back to Gorekshep (5153m/16906ft). Walking 7.5 hours. Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day 10 Hiking up to Kalapathar(5545m/18192ft) and overnight at Pherbuche (4210m/13812ft). Walking 6 hours. Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day 11 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft). Walking 6.5 hours. Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day 12 Trek to Lukla (2840m/9317ft). Walking 6.5 hours. Overnight stay in Lodge
- Day 13 An early morning flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Flight time 30 minutes. Overnight stay in Lodge
