ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Ayurvedic dincharya, or daily routine, encompasses a set of practices designed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. By following Ayurvedic dincharya, one can achieve harmony with nature, foster a balanced lifestyle and maintain preventive approach to health. 
 
Our 7 days retreat program is designed to immerse you in the ancient practices of Dincharya along with the Satkaram, Yoga, Meditation and other Yogic activities. This holistic approach aims to detoxify, rejuvenate and lead you towards a spiritual path. Each day, we will incorporate activities that balance the doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) and promote overall well-being.

Day 1: Arrival and Orientation

Afternoon:
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Check-in and welcome Herbal Tea.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Orientation and Introduction to Dincharya and Satkarma.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Dinner (Light, Sattvic Meal)
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Shatpavali (Digestive Walk)
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Evening Meditation (Dhyanam and Relaxation)
8:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Bhajan and Kirtan

Day 2: Establishing Routine and Initial Detoxification

Morning:
5:00 AM: Brahmamuhurtajagarnam – Wake-up call
5:30 AM – 6:00 AM: Malotsarjanam – Personal time for evacuation
6:00 AM – 6:30 AM: Dantadhavanam and Jihva Nirlekhanam – Oral Hygiene
6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Nasyakarma and Anjalanjanam – Nasal Therapy and Eye Care
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Abhyangam – Self-Oil Massage
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Vyayamah – Morning Yoga Session with Kapalabhati – Skull Shining Breath
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Snanam – Bathing
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Lunch (Nourishing, Balanced Meal)
*The self-oil massage can be done with the massager of Ashram with charge applicable.
*Ayurveda advises to have a heavy meal between the period of 8-10 AM so we directly have lunch instead of breakfast.

Day 3: Deepening Practice and Cleansing
